Juarez is experiencing a heatwave with temperatures reaching 37.1°C. According to the Chihuahua State Civil Protection Coordination, Chínipas has reached 39.9°C, while Ojinaga has reached 39.6°C. The CEPC predicts that the heat will continue in the region, with temperatures that could reach 41 degrees Celsius in Chínipas. The mountainous region, on the other hand, will experience a cool to fresh environment. The CEPC has reported the following maximum temperatures in the state: Chínipas: 39.9°C, Ojinaga: 39.6°C, Urique: 38.8°C, Chihuahua: 38°C, Juárez: 37.1°C, Delicias: 37°C, Camargo: 36.7°C, Ahumada: 36.3°C, Jiménez: 35.3°C, Balleza: 35.2°C, Janos: 34.6°C, Nuevo Casas Grandes: 34.2°C, Temósachi: 32.4°C, Parral: 32.5°C, Maguarichi: 32.5°C, Majalca: 31.8°C, Cuauhtémoc: 30.3°C, Madera: 30°C, Chinatú: 28.5°C, Basaseachi: 26°C, Creel: 25.5°C, Guachochi: 25.4°C, San Juanito: 25°C, El Vergel: 23.9°C. The CEPC has predicted that Chínipas will continue as the hottest region in the state, with a maximum expected temperature of 41 degrees Celsius, while in the mountainous region, a cool to fresh environment will persist.
